Modern Victorian Style Dressing For Fall

Chiffon, voluminous sleeves, high neckline, ruffles,  and a whole lot of lace would describe Victorian style in a nutshell. Victorian era fashion has always intrigued me, even though it's not a style I incorporate into my everyday looks very often. However, when I do, I prefer to put together a look that's slightly dressed up and styled with my favourite type of denim, being distressed, of course.. :-).

The easiest way to incorporate a Victorian style blouse into your everyday wear is to simply pair it with modern shoes, bags, accessories, and pants. For jewellery, I personally prefer to stick with more dainty and subtle pieces. For me less is definitely always more, especially when incorporating different eras into your look. If this look is still a bit too dressy for you, dress it down with a bomber jacket, sneakers, and distressed denim, or pair with faux leather leggings for a more edgy look. Just have fun with it and always remember to let your own unique style shine through!

Stay blissful!:-)
